Become an Exhibitor at World Ag Expo
Step 1
Interested in becoming an exhibitor at World Ag Expo? Follow these 5 easy steps to start you on your way to Tulare in February. There is lots more information on this website, but these steps are necessary to ensure your spot is reserved.
Download and save the Exhibitor Contract Form.pdf to your computer. Fill out your company info on your computer OR print the form and fill it out by hand.

Step 2
Select the size of exhibit, the section in which you would like to exhibit and the quantity of exhibit spaces you would like.
You can view the available booth spaces by navigating to our Digital Show Grounds. Once you are in the section that you are interested in, click on the button in the bottom left hand corner that says view available booths. The available booths will be highlighted in blue.
Pricing and exhibit size information can be found by clicking on the section you are interested in below.
Please note: If you are a new exhibitor you must check the new exhibit box on the contract. World Ag Expo staff will contact you to assign you an exhibit space in the area you desire.
Step 3
So that World Ag Expo Staff is better able to group your business with other like businesses in our magazine and within our digital show grounds map, please select two product codes to identify the types of products that you will be exhibiting.
Please Note: additional product codes have been added at the bottom of the list. If you are unable to identify your products with any of these codes please contact World Ag Expo Staff and we will assist you.
Step 4
Once you have completed your Exhibitor Contract Form, save it to your computer for your records and either print it out and mail it in to: World Ag Expo c/o International Agri-Center 4500 S. Laspina St. Tulare, CA 93275 OR attach it to an e-mail and send it to Maria Rising, World Ag Expo Exhibitor Space Sales Coordinator at maria@farmshow.org. You can also fax your in your form by dialing 559.686.5065.

Use the online Exhibitor Service Guide to order exhibitor services like electricity, bark, tent, ect. The online guide has everything you need for a successful exhibit at World Ag Expo. [More]
In addition, you can use also use the online system to order bark, customer admission coupons and RSVP for Exhibitor Events online. [More]
