“Our Company strives to improve the industries by connecting job seekers and employers with a targeted, online tool that is economical and produces results. With presence in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, AgCareers.com has more than 1.3 million page views each month,” says Brandt. “Employers post more than 2,000 jobs and receive more than 6,000 applications through the site monthly.”
Located in the Hilvers building on Media St., the Hilvers Career and Education Center presented by AgCareers.com is not exclusively for job seekers, but students as well. The Center will house several junior colleges and universities, including College of the Sequoias, UC Davis, CSU Fresno, Cal Poly SLO and Cal Poly Pomona.
Brandt explains that “The center will be a common place for universities to showcase their school. This will include hands-on workshops, interview space for employers, and an area for featuring or applying to current job postings.”
