Jet fly-over will kick-off 2010 World Ag Expo
International Agri-Center volunteers and officials will roar in the 43rd World Ag Expo on Tuesday, February 9, with a jet flyover at 9:50 a.m. following World Ag Expo’s opening ceremonies. Keep your eyes to the sky, as two F/A-18F Super Hornets from Strike Fighter Squadron 122, "The Flying Eagles," based out of Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore will take to the skies to help celebrate the opening of the world’s largest annual agricultural expo.

Park and Ride offers Free Express Shuttle Service to the Expo
World Ag Expo attendees are encouraged to use the complimentary World Ag Expo Park and Ride buses. There are five locations from which attendees can catch a bus to avoid the traffic and congestion as an estimated 100,000 attendees enter the grounds for the 43rd annual World Ag Expo. The Tulare Park and Ride locations pickup and drop off every 15 minutes and the Visalia location picks up and drops off every 30 minutes.

Log onto the Internet for a live look at World Ag Expo
The entire world can now get a live look at the 43nd annual World Ag Expo as it is being constructed at worldagexpo.com. Two cameras have been installed on Median Street, the main thoroughfare of World Ag Expo, to give people a 24-hour look at the flurry of activity that is the world’s largest annual agricultural exposition. Another camera was installed in the more than 70,000-square-foot Farm Credit Dairy Center, home to more than 200 dairy exhibitors. New for 2010, Valley Agricultural Software (VAS) installed a special pan-tilt-zoom camera that viewers can take control of while viewing from home.

World Ag Expo Celebrates 43rd Year As Global Trade Show
In a week, more than 1,000 international visitors from 67 countries will make the trek to World Ag Expo, a global agricultural trade show. Cargle Chairs World Ag Expo 2010
Bernie Cargle, chairman of World Ag Expo 2010, grew up on a 127-acre dairy farm at Lockport, Ill. His family grew alfalfa and small grains, milked 21-cows daily at their small dairy, and his grandmother raised chickens, selling eggs to the local A&P.

Official World Ag Expo Magazine Mailed Today
The 2010 edition of the official World Ag Expo magazine, published by Penton Media/Western Farm Press, is being mailed today. The 182-page publication highlights the full array of events, seminars and attractions scheduled for the world’s largest annual agricultural exhibition Feb. 09-11 at the International Agri-Center at Tulare, Calif. More than 1,500 exhibitors will be displaying agricultural equipment, products and services to an annual average of 100,000 people who are expected to attend the event. International Agri-Center CEO, Jerry Sinift, says the high quality publication will be distributed to 60,000 growers, agribusiness representatives and others in agriculture-related fields.
